For both consultation sessions and MVP packages, no refunds will be issued as long as the product or service is delivered as specified in the respective package descriptions and agreed-upon timelines.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

For subscription services through Patreon, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your Patreon account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
