Your 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase within 14 days, I'll give you a full refund. It's that simple. No hassles, no hard feelings.

I believe in treating customers the way I'd want to be treated. That's why I offer a straightforward, no-nonsense refund policy. I want you to feel confident when purchasing from SystemSculpt, knowing that I stand behind my products and your satisfaction matters to me.

How My Refund Policy Works

Digital Products & Licenses

14-day guarantee: All digital products, including the SystemSculpt AI Plugin licenses (lifetime and monthly), come with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

  • Changed your mind? That's okay - I'll refund you.
  • Product didn't meet your expectations? Let me know and I'll refund you.
  • Having technical issues I can't resolve? I'll refund you.

Just email me at mike@systemsculpt.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order details, and I'll process your refund within 7 business days.

Monthly Subscriptions

First 14 days: If you're not satisfied with your monthly subscription within the first 14 days, I'll refund your first month's payment in full.

After 14 days: You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the current month.

API Credits

  • Monthly credits: These are included with your license and reset each month. Unused monthly credits don't roll over and aren't refundable separately from your license.
  • Additional credit packs: If you purchase additional API credits and haven't used any of them within 14 days, I'll refund the purchase. Once you've started using the credits, they're non-refundable.

Consultation Sessions

  • Before the session: You can cancel and receive a full refund if you give me at least 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice or no-shows forfeit the session fee.
  • After the session: Once a consultation is completed, it's non-refundable. However, if you're genuinely unsatisfied, please reach out - I want to make things right.

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is easy. Just send me an email at mike@systemsculpt.com with:

  • Your name and email address used for the purchase
  • Your order number or approximate purchase date
  • A brief note about why you're requesting a refund (optional but helpful)

I'll confirm receipt of your request within 24 hours and process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What Happens After a Refund?

When I process your refund:

  • Your license or subscription will be deactivated
  • You'll lose access to premium features
  • Any remaining API credits will be forfeited
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

You're always welcome to purchase again in the future if you change your mind!

EU Customers - Special Note

If you're purchasing from the European Union, you have additional protections under EU consumer law. When you purchase digital products with immediate access, you'll be asked to consent to immediate delivery. This is just a legal requirement - I still honor my 14-day refund policy regardless of this consent.
