Consultation Sessions
Cancellation Policy
- More than 24 hours notice: If you cancel a scheduled session with more than 24 hours' notice, you can reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund for that session.
- Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee. However, exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion.
- No-shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without notice, the session will be considered used, and no refund will be provided.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with a consultation session for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of the session. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include offering a follow-up session at no additional cost or providing a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered or access has been granted. However, we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
- Technical issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the digital product, we will first attempt to resolve these issues. If the issues cannot be resolved, a full refund may be issued.
- Significant content mismatch: If the product's description significantly misrepresents its content or functionality, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase with specific details about the discrepancy.
Session Packages
For multi-session packages:
- Unused sessions: If you have purchased a multi-session package and wish to cancel before using all sessions, you may receive a pro-rated refund for unused sessions, minus any discount received for purchasing the package.
- Expiration: Session packages typically expire 12 months after purchase. Unused sessions after the expiration date are non-refundable.
Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will maintain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Exceptions: If you have been unable to access the subscription service due to technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
How to Request a Refund

- Your name and email address
- Purchase date and order number (if available)
- The product or service for which you're requesting a refund
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant details or screenshots that may help us understand the issue
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
