SystemSculpt strives to make sure the Obsidian AI plugin and related resources meet your expectations. This Refund Policy explains when refunds or credits are available.

Subscription Plans

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time from the dashboard. Charges that have already been processed are non-refundable, but your access continues through the paid billing period.

Lifetime Licenses and Downloads

Lifetime licenses and downloadable resources are delivered immediately after purchase. Because the assets cannot be returned, all sales are final unless required otherwise by local law.

Failed Delivery

If you experience technical issues accessing a resource or license, contact support within 14 days. We will work with you to restore access, provide an alternate format, or issue a refund when we cannot deliver the product.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized or fraudulent charges should be disputed with your payment provider. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in chargebacks until the investigation is complete.

Changes to This Policy

We may modify this policy to reflect new offerings or regulations. Updates will be posted with a new effective date.
