Refunds After Access Begins

To prevent abuse and keep pricing fair, sales are final once access begins—this includes any download, license activation, or API credit consumption. Narrow exceptions apply below.

I believe in treating customers the way I'd want to be treated. That's why I offer a straightforward, no-nonsense refund policy. I want you to feel confident when purchasing from SystemSculpt, knowing that I stand behind my products and your satisfaction matters to me.

How Our Refund Policy Works

Digital Products & Licenses

  • Final after access: Once any download or license activation is recorded, the order becomes non‑refundable.
  • Before access begins: You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Exceptions anytime: duplicate charge, accidental double‑purchase, or verified technical incompatibility that we cannot resolve within 7 days of your first support contact.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime: You can cancel in your account. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Non‑refundable once access for the period has begun, except duplicate charge or billing error.

API Credits

  • Monthly credits: Included with your license/subscription; not refundable separately and reset each month.
  • Credit packs: Refundable only if unused and requested within 14 days of purchase. Once any credit is consumed, the pack becomes non‑refundable.

Consultation Sessions

  • Before the session: You can cancel and receive a full refund if you give me at least 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice or no-shows forfeit the session fee.
  • After the session: Once a consultation is completed, it's non-refundable. However, if you're genuinely unsatisfied, please reach out - I want to make things right.

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is easy. Just send me an email at systemsculpt@gmail.com with:

  • Your name and email address used for the purchase
  • Your order number or approximate purchase date
  • A brief note about why you're requesting a refund (optional but helpful)

I'll confirm receipt of your request within 24 hours and process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What Happens After a Refund?

When I process your refund:

  • Your license or subscription will be deactivated
  • You'll lose access to premium features
  • Any remaining API credits will be forfeited
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

You're always welcome to purchase again in the future if you change your mind!

EU/UK Customers

For immediate digital access, EU/UK buyers are asked to consent to begin access and acknowledge that the 14‑day withdrawal right ends when access begins. Our Refund Policy applies in addition to this legal requirement.

Why We Structure Refunds This Way

Digital content is immediately usable and easily copyable. Limiting refunds after access keeps pricing fair for genuine customers while still protecting you against duplicate charges or technical issues we can’t resolve.
