All Digital Sales Are Final

All SystemSculpt digital sales are final. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds on any product, including licenses, subscriptions, credit packs, and downloadable resources. Please review what a product includes before you buy.

Faulty or Not as Described

If a product is faulty or not as described, your statutory remedies always apply. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or your statutory conformity rights in the EU/UK.

EU/UK: One-Time Digital Products

For one-time digital products, EU and UK law provides a 14-day withdrawal right that ends once delivery of digital content begins with your consent. At checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal when delivery begins. That consent is required to complete a purchase.

EU/UK: Subscriptions

EU and UK consumers may withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of purchase using the withdrawal form. You receive a refund minus a proportional amount for the service period already elapsed. After 14 days, you can cancel from your dashboard to stop future renewals; access continues through the paid billing period and there are no partial refunds.

How to Exercise Your Withdrawal Right

Use the withdrawal form or email support@systemsculpt.com with your order details. I respond within two business days.

Failed Delivery

If you experience technical issues accessing a resource or license, contact support within 14 days. I will work with you to restore access, provide an alternate format, or issue a refund when I cannot deliver the product.
