Acceptable Use Policy

2.3 Intellectual Property Violations

  • Copyright infringement, including unauthorized copying or distribution
  • Trademark infringement or dilution
  • Patent infringement
  • Trade secret misappropriation
  • Violation of publicity or privacy rights
  • Circumvention of digital rights management (DRM) or copy protection

2.4 Content Violations

  • Posting or transmitting content that is defamatory, libelous, or invasive of privacy
  • Sharing content that is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit
  • Distribution of content that promotes hate, discrimination, or violence
  • Content that exploits or harms minors in any way
  • False or misleading information that could cause harm
  • Content that violates any third party's rights

2.5 Security Violations

  • Attempting to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities in our systems
  • Breaching or circumventing authentication or security measures
  • Accessing data not intended for you
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our software
  • Using automated systems to access Services in a manner that impairs performance
  • Collecting or harvesting user information without consent

2.6 Resource Abuse

  • Excessive use of bandwidth, storage, or computing resources
  • Running cryptocurrency mining operations
  • Operating network services (proxy, VPN, tor exit nodes) without permission
  • Reselling or redistributing Services without authorization
  • Using Services for backup storage or file hosting

3. Enforcement and Consequences

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. If we determine that you have violated this policy, we may take any or all of the following actions:

  • Issue a warning
  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Remove or disable access to offending content
  • Report activities to law enforcement authorities
  • Pursue legal action to recover damages
  • Disclose information to affected third parties

We are not obligated to provide notice before taking action, especially in cases involving illegal activities, security threats, or imminent harm.

4. Reporting Violations

5. No Monitoring Obligation

While we reserve the right to monitor use of our Services, we are not obligated to do so. We are not liable for any user content or activities. The fact that we have not exercised our rights under this AUP does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so in the future.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all use of our Services complies with this AUP

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly reporting any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensuring any third parties you authorize to use Services comply with this AUP

This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. In case of conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will prevail.
