Immediate cancellation for an important reason

When should it end?

At the earliest possible date

On a date I choose

Earliest possible: a subscription or recurring credit pack ends at the end of the period you've paid for, and auto-reload stops right away. If you choose a date, a subscription or recurring credit pack ends at the end of the billing period that includes it.

Reason or other details (optional)

For an immediate cancellation, tell us the important reason. You can also add anything that helps us find your purchase.
