Welcome to SystemSculpt AI, your intelligent assistant integrated directly into Obsidian. This guide covers everything you need to know about using the chat interface and navigating the plugin.
Quick Start
- Open SystemSculpt: Click the brain icon in your left sidebar or use Command Palette: "SystemSculpt: Open Chat"
- Start chatting: Type your message and press Enter
- Add context: Use the @ symbol to reference files or drag and drop content
Chat Features
Basic Chat Operations
- Send Message: Type and press Enter
- New Chat: Click the + button in the chat interface
- Stop Generation: Press Escape or click Stop while AI is responding
- Clear Chat: Use the /clear command or Command Palette
Message Management
- Edit Messages: Click any of your messages to modify them
- Regenerate: Click the regenerate icon to get a new response
- Copy: Click the copy icon to copy AI responses
- Delete: Remove individual messages from the conversation
Advanced Features
- Voice Input: Click the microphone icon or use "SystemSculpt: Toggle Audio Recorder" command (Default:
Ctrl/Cmd + R

Keyboard Shortcuts

Common Issues
Chat not opening?
